I can't shoulder my weapon

I just now in the last five minutes found out I cannot shoulder my StG.58 to get a shot off or multiple shots off while wearing my LBV. This really sucks as I have all of my ammo load on this damned thing as well as a few incidentals like charts, compass, a few small food items, etc.

I'm going to have to rethink my whole load-out. The GD strap cushion over my shoulder from the LBV is in the way of shouldering my StG.58. There's no moving it. I'm going to have to find a different solution for ammo and 3-day essentials.

If you could post a picture that would help. I could come up with some ideas once I see how the setup is currently working vs the way it will need to work.
