    The M4 bayonet seems useless, except as some kind of last ditch thing. I guess if you were totally overrun, it would be a good idea to put one on. Might be quicker to stab someone than try to make a mag change if things got all crazy and visibility went to ****.

    At least the Marine bayonet makes a good quality knife when not in use for bayonetting. Seems like a better strategy than the poker thing the Army uses.

    Knives are important tools, so having a solid knife is a good idea.

          I'm shopping for an original G3 bayonet. They must think these things are gold plated.

          $60 is the best price I can find w/sheath. That is though, NOS, so I guess I can't complain too much.

            More useful; it has a Soldier behind it; and a Wire Cutter, when combined with sheath.
