Just bought my boy a pair of mil-suplus chem suit pants to use for hunting and was wondering about the propper way to keep them clean and working like they should.
Thanx unclefrog
if they are surplus they should say on the tag inside on the back. i dont have a pair but since they have charcoal in them i would assume dry clean but dont take that as gospel.
You can wash and dry them - although I don't know why you'd bother, they are so cheap as to be disposable. AND since they are lined with charcoal, they'll mess up anything else washed with, or immediately after them.
They won't "work like they should" after you wash them. They are meant to be used once and disposed of. Washing them will affect the charcoal lining.
