    Elastic Nylon

    Does anyone know where to find Mil-Spec elastic nylon (by the yard, not the roll)? You know the wide 4" or so that is used to secure some body armor? That's what I'm looking for. But some web searches have turned up nothing but wholesalers that sell only by the roll, and I'm not in the mood to spend that amount when all I need is about a yard or so in length.

    Any ideas?

    These people have what seems to be mil-spec webbing (it's got reduced IR signature), but they only seem to have 2" wide webbing, but maybe they can get 4" wide too, I don't think many retailers will have that in stock since it's not that common for DIY, I think.
