Need someone who can make gear

I am looking for someone that can make gear. Specifically I am looking for someone to make 2 or 3 items similar to this;

The only difference would be I would like just the carrier in a Molle compatible format. This way I can tailor to my needs by attaching the pouches that I need as I need them. If anyone already produces something similar, please direct me to them.

As I understand it, he's highly knowledgable, and his product and customer service is nearly impossible to beat in the U.S.!

Papadoc, Eagle actually makes an all-MOLLE version of their patrol bandoleer. I don't have any, nor plans to carry any.

Otherwise, if you just have to have it made by someone else, contact David @ Coyote Tactical (coyotetactical@gmail.com). He's in metro Phoenix and does excellent work for reasonable prices, though Eagle's price on those isn't that bad and I don't know if David can match it. Tell him I sent you.
