Latest word is the .pdf version is expected to be available by the end of the week. Just looking for additional host sites.

ALSO, since there are no royalties involved the printed versions are expected to run approximately $20 and $30 for softcover and hardcover respectively.

Scheduled release is now set for Thursday while we tidy up any last minute corrections. The rest of the authors are having their look at it - lately it has been three of us deciding on the cover, back cover, and a few other little details so the others have been anxiously awaiting themselves.

614 pages now. 4 pages added since Saturday alone.

i apologize for the butchered typing but i am down to one finger for a time.

we have one download site up, and three more in the making - 2 in the u.s. as soon as we have a second one on line we will release the url's. the front cover itself is mind blowing.

Funny you should ask. Just returned from an overnight visit to find emails updating that very issue.

Color everything including the illustrations, which is what makes it so expensive:

We are working on the softcover version which will also be B/W (and even less expensive), and an ebook version as well.

Thanks RR. Come tax return I think I will get one each Hardback and Softcover with color and one softcover in B&W. One copy is not enough.
