Can't comment on the prices as I have not shopped for fluids in a looong time, but I have used them fairly extensively in the past and had great service.
BTW, you'd do as well with normal saline (0.9%) vs. LR, but I don't see that they have it in liter bags. The 0.45% is of course only 1/2 normal and not routinely used save in certain situations.
