Having trouble with the site

I haven't been able to connect for about 2 weeks. Trouble finding the login page, had to ask for help but stumbled onto the login when I went to private message a moderator. Now after resetting my password this is what I have a popup asking for my windows password up but only at this site.

What's going on?
