I've done it before, years ago, so I know it can be done, but I don't remember how??? I've gone to the Firefox site and read what they said to do, tried it, and messed up Firefox. I need layman's terms, I guess. I had to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to run again. Help?

Re: Transferring Firefox Bookmarks...How?
On the computer you want to transfer from, in FireFox:
1. click bookmarks
2. Click Organize Bookmarks. a new window will open
3. click Import and Backup
4. click Export HTML
5.this will save the bookmarks in a file named bookmarks.html
choose where you want to save it.
6. Move the file to the computer you want to put the bookmarks on.
On the receiving computer, again in FireFox
1. click bookmarks
2. Click Organize Bookmarks. a new window will open
3. click Import and Backup
4. click Import HTML
5. the window says Import from HTML, click next
6. locate the bookmarks.html file you copied over and click open
That should do it.
There's also an extension to import and export saved passwords called Password Exporter.
