Yes, you can either recap them with the same size Berdan primers (more sizes than Large Rifle and Small Rifle) or convert a Boxer primer IF it is a similar size by taking out the anvil.
Various companies have had Berdan primers available, albeit more expensive then Boxer. For some calibers it's not worth it, like .223, 7.62x39m but .308 there are lots of Berdan brass out there and it's expensive to buy anyway.
