This is what can happen when folks of low IQ attend PUBLIC schools. In the 50s and 60s when I went to school this type of misbehavior would NOT be tolerated. Several tanker trucks with remote water monitors to bombard rioters and those setting fires. Make a strong solution containing a DYE AGENT TO mark THESE TROUBLE MAKERS.
