    Re: ammo without headstamps

I have a bunch of 45acp without headstamps. Of cource they used to, they have been reloaded so many times they do not any more.

I still have some of the Lake City 7.62x39 that was made up. They even had boxer primers.
Have also seen 30-06 and 38sp without a head stamp.

I do not own any of the three 9mms mentioned, but from what I have read, YES they will all be able to handle the P ammo.

Even then, it gives plausible deniability and it takes time to trace the metallurgical content of the brass. What you can say however, is any that was made that way was intentionally sterilized from a production facility.

That would depend on if they thought of that or not. Melt down a bunch of old Turkish Mauser brass, or German WWII era brass, or just use steel cases like the Ruskies do?

    End of problem.

They would usually call that "Sterile ammo" so it can not be traced to any one country.

I'm curious, i have seen so far 8x57mm Mauser, .308 and 9x19mm Ammunition without any headstamp.

    What are these good for?
Working...
