Which rifling shoots the 62gr. .223 better?

Recently got an AR-15 with the 20" barrel.
Has 1 in 9 twist, which kind of ammo, that is, weight bullet will shoot best in this rifle?

Saw some 62 gr green tip at Ammoman's for $219 per k, and Win Q31321 for $199, think that is the correct prices, need some advice on the bullet.

Your 1 in 9 is a compromise twist that will shoot the 55's just fine, while handling the heavier 62's, also.

Dunno how heavy you can go past 62, tho.
