Issue ammo in USMC?

wondering what they issue and need to qualify with? Is it LC 55 gr, or the ss109? thanks

It is Lake City M855, 62 gr (SS109). We get it in 1800 rd cases with it divided into two, 900 rd boxes, on 10 rd stripper clips. On qualification day, Marines get issued 50 rds.
