  • m 795 vs M60

    Both are on sale:
I know the 795 is clip and the M 60 is tube
From what i read both are about as accurate ..
I was thinking of picking up one today

    Which would you guys recommend?

Never mind....I went to the shop but they had a rule ..seems that they cannot let you handle a rifle WITHOUT a trigger lock//So I could not test the trigger!!!! That put an end to that.
    Is that something new?

The Marlin 795 can use a 10 round or 25 round mag, it is only costs about a dollar more.

Not a site policy by any means, but as a favor to the community in general please refrain from posting links to CTD. Please refrain from shopping there as well. No matter what they have that no one else does or at what price.

Remember what they did during the AWB and recent ammo scares. That's enough for me to never do business with them again. I won't even use their website to price check other vendors. I'm not the only one in the shooting sports brotherhood with that stance. Surprised they're still around frankly as many people as I know who refuse to do business with them.

I concur with CMV. Like dick's sporting goods. We had a dsg for a short time in my AO. The store went belly up in about 2 years.
