I ran across a closeout sale in the sporting goods dept. at my local K-mart and they had the Super Sling 2 for 8 bucks each. I bought 4 at that price and was going to put one on the mini.
Problem is - they are all 1 1/4" wide and the sling rings are for 1 inch slings. All the slings have the chicago style attachment points which, if I remove the sling rings, would fit the rear stud but not the front point on the gas block. Right now I just have the wide sling in the narrow rings with no easy way to detach. Its a bear to adjust because it wants to bind.
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
