Savage mod. ?

I have noticed that most Savage rifles are ADL. Could a Rem. BDL floor plate be installed on the Savage?

The ADL and BDL designations are model types for the Remington M700 type rifle actions.

I don't think it would be possible to install a removable floorplate on a Savage action. I am sure it could be done but the cost would be considerable.

True, Savage calls the ADL their Top Feeding magazine. It sure would be a better set-up tho.
