How many can you get into your Defender?

Wow, that sounds interesting. Make sure you post a test report.

I've tried the minishells in a Rem 870, 11+1, with a 8 shot extension. Recoil is very managable, similar to shooting an AR. Not too sure they will do any substantial damage if used as a antipersonnel round. Unfotunately I don't have to ballistics or have performed any testing. It's a great plinking round since you don't wear out your shoulder.

Minis work the best out of the win defender. Mine holds 11 + 1, fires and functions without a hitch.

i don't know about anything else but these little buggers work great on rabbits..
we go 4 this morning and the thing ran without a hitch..
i think these would make a great home defence round.you could mix and match..a few mini shells then a regular slug

Whats the offical deal with them? Are they like a low brass load in a standard length shell, or do they have some power behind them? Do they offer them in buckshot?

ok i have a box of buck shot and box of slugs..
if you put 2 of the buck shot one on top of the other it just about the same size as a 3 inch magnum.
the slugs are a little taller by an 1/8th inch maybe
                  both are low brass

I've tried them in my 590 and they don't feed reliably, in some cases they flip 180 degrees when rackin the slide to chamber one. Of course I've heard that the feed rails on Rem and Mossys must be modified for proper use while the 1300s are fine stock.
