Which autoloading system is more reliable

Recoil operation (ala Benelli M1 Super 90) or
Gas Operation (FN autoloading police gun)

I was actually thinking of this one, specifically. It is an FN, who owns Winchester. Do you think it might be a re-badged X2?

Basically, I'm trying to decide between the FN and a Benelli.
