  • Polish Circle 11 AK magazines, polymer; Classic

Classic Firearms has a sale on polymer Circle 11 Polish AK magazines, for $5.00 a piece. You MAY have to disassemble them and reinstall the follower spring, since one or three per batch was reversed on assembly at FB limiting the capacity to 27-28 rounds. Simply reassemble them right if you get one.
    I just ordered a batch of 6.
I prefer Eastern Bloc steel, but we will see how Polish Plastic works out.

I still have a good stock of Yugoslavian BHO, Romanian etc. Got some TAPCO that were basically free, which I use as range toys (but they DO work). If the Polish is as good as the old FB Circle 11 steel(before they got carried away putting on too much paint during the refurb process.

Of the five that arrived today, not a single one would fit in any of my three AK(WASRW0/63,ZStav Za M92 AK pistol or Clearview Investments/Classic AMD63. I have since emailed Classic regarding this issue and my expectation that a former Warsaw Pact nation should be able to make a magazine for an AK. We shall see.

Eh but it's not a former Warsaw Pact nation building them. It's a new company which stole the name RADOM (no longer in use) and is making this stuff. Please don't be delusional and believe that these were designed by the Soviet Union.

Yeah,th this the sad state of it..stick with the steel vs the polymer where AKs are concerned. These were cheap enough that I threw them in with a larger order of other things that actually work.
