Lord of all power and might, we lift before your throne of majesty all those who step forward to serve their brothers and sisters in this world we live in, especially Samantha L. Neff. Grant her an open mind, good reactions and a quick wit so as to be receptive to the teachings of her instructors; both subjects in text and subjects of skill. Gird her always with the underlying truth that as a Law Enforcement Officer, her first duty is to the people she serves. Keep her safe during her training. Protect her from accidents and injuries, and bring her to the full and sufficient knowledge of your love for her and for all mankind. Dispatch St. Michael the Archangle and a host of the Angelic body to form a cordon around her all the while whispering the name of Jesus in her ear.
