Default Ruger LC9 Front Sight Removal

What's a good tool to remove the front sight on the Ruger LC9s and to install another? Everything I find online is rather expensive for what is essentially going to be a one time use.

Default Re: Ruger LC9 Front Sight Removal

How old? It is either just sitting in the dovetail and you push it out (or tap with brass punch and masking tape) or it has a small roll pin. Mine had the roll pin that you punch out, then drift sight as normal.

The rear sight was a tiny hex set screw that you don't completely remove, only loosen.
