Default Survival preps.

Weather has been mild lately. I took advantage of the situation and got Jerusalem Artichokes planted in two separate locations. Not easy. Took four days, had to cut brush, trees, rip stumps out of the ground, etc...

It is a good food plant. Best planted at mid-elevation in rich deep loam.

Wife likes them save for the price. Not a significant fan myself but I would not deny her garden space if she wanted.

I have but one person on my ignore list. Can you guess who it is?
