Strike Through Text Option now on-line

You may now use the Strike Through option in the post text editor.

There is a square blank button located at the end of the options on the right. I could not get the 'S' to show up, but the button still works.

Contributor Status Titles

Gentlemen, Assault Web greatly appreciated your monetary contributions to keep this forum alive and running as we make the transition to a new server and upgraded software.

I have been working to upgrade title for those members who have made a monetary contribution to the form. Unfortunately, I have been met by some resistance to comply by the forum software and I am unable to make these administrative changes.

Your donations have been duly noted and at such time the forum software is upgraded, so will your status.

What knife did/do you carry ?

In the Army I carried a Gerber Mk1 boot knife & a Ka Bar

Now I carry an AG Russell folder (although this is against the law in UK)

For taking things apart, I usually have a Victorinox Cybertool, and else, I have a small folder.

When in army service, a bayonet services a lot of useful purposes afar from sticking it into people.

      Sog Flash 1
      CRKT Point guard (semi serrated)
      Victorinox hunter
      Benchmade Griptillian

Or whatever I feel like carrying.......

        Hello armourer.

In my grunting days,I carried a bayonet
or a British Commando knife. I have owned several of the Commando knives and still have one in the collection.

Now a days, I carry one of the "leatherman" all in one tools.

        Take care and welcome back.

Keep those e-mails and calls to your Congress people coming.

As for me I prefer bayonet. Good knife, convenient in use. That's all I need.
