has anyone ever tried it in anything other than? And if so, what kind of results were gotten?

I have a jug too. I'm pretty sure that the AA handout gives several other loads besides .223, I'll have to look in the shop and find it. I'll post some of it tomorrow. Seems to me that there were some loads for .308 too. I'll check and let you know. L.

I bought a jug of it from Wideners. It worked in 7.62x39mm and I am waiting for a period when it isn't RAINING in Louisiana to test it in my FAL.

that's for the 2230c...it burns a little differently...slower, I think. Natchez is selling the "real" 2230 for $116 per keg. BTW, about the cheapest place I've seen for 2230 is Powder Valley...they were $92 for an 8lb keg, w/o shipping and hazmat. What does the Natchez price include, do you know?

Oh yeah...I've used the 2230 for 7.62 Nato...works ok, about as good as 2520.

                  AA2200 or AA2230 work fine

Also other powders such as IMR 4198 although the powder is long and stringy
